What are the x,y,z coordinates for my DTI00000, DTI00001, DTI00002, DTI00003, DTI00004, and DTI00005 files?

I generated tensors using the binaries from DIFF_CALCV314, and want to do tensor registration with DTITK.

How do I convert the TORTOISE tensors into DTITK tensors?

I am not able to find a command that can do this conversion.

I was looking at the previous post about generating the mask nifti. The line ' ExtractImage -i  subjID_DMC.nii -v 0 ' made me think that this was the process to try if DRBUDDI had not been run, because the DMC.nii is a DIFFPREP output. If that is correct, what is the process for generating the mask nifti from DRBUDDI output?
