Hello,
Is there an option available to control the outlier rejection process when using EstimateTensorNLLSRESTORE?
My FA maps have noisy hyperintense voxels (>0.85) that disappear when using RESTORE, and I wanted to experiment with rejecting more outliers.

For some reason the released version did not have that option.
I made the necessary modifications to support it.
Unfortunately, I can not attach an executable to this forum so if you email me, I will send it to you.
It is the Linux version though. The MACOSX version would take a while to compile.
